We believe food is medicine, 医食同源 (ishoku dōgen), and that community and art also have the power to nourish, connect, and heal.

Our mission is to serve organic, nourishing meals made with integrity and to make them accessible to any seekers of nourishment. Green Mountain Ramen is more than a restaurant, it is a community health, creativity, and resilience initiative.

If you are able to pay full price, your support helps sustain our mission and allows us to continue serving others.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, you are still welcome at our table, no questions asked.

Some community members contribute extra through Pay-It-Forward to help provide meals for others.

Some pay less during difficult times.

Some contribute their time, energy, kindness, creativity, or support in other ways.

Together, we are co-creating a more heavenly reality, one where food, community, and art are valued as medicine, and everyone’s needs can be met.
